Our Story

Hey friends, This is Emma here, No not the Harry Potter girl but while I cannot do much with wands or know about Hogwarts there is a lot I can share with you guys when talking about fitness, gym, barbells, dumbbells etc.

I was born in New Jersey and fitness and workout have been an important part of my life since my 20’s. I weighed about 150 lbs at 23 and that’s when it hit me that it was time to make a change but working out, staying motivated and pushing yourself through the aches and pains isn’t as easy as it sounds but with a little guidance anyone can get it right.

So whether you are looking to bulk up or loose weight I have covered all the fitness hacks you need. You can get detailed guides about the various exercises you should be doing for every muscle group, daily diet plans and so on.
